The Coronavirus is taking a hard hit at the European winter sports industry. After this weekend, almost every ski resort in Europe will close there doors for visitors.
In Norway, Italy Czech republic & Scandinavia, France & France all ski resorts are closed.
In Austria, all resorts close on March 15th & hotels close on March 16th. And in Switzerland on the 16th of march, all Swiss ski resorts will close down.
Can I get a refund for my snow card?
Snowcard Tirol refund
You can read the Corona closing announcement on the Tyrolian government site. We contacted snowcard Tirol to find out if we could get a refund. Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund for the snowcard Tirol because of the Corona outbreak.

Super skipass Salzburg refund
Superskicard Salzburg doesn’t say anything about refunds in the official announcement about the closure due to the coronavirus. There refund policy states that after the 28th of Februari no refunds can be done for the season tickets. You can contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org
Dolomotiti superskipass refund
Unused days from your Dolomiti superskipass can be claimed at an official selling point off the Dolomotiti ski area. It is unclear if this is valid for season tickets as well. The final decision will be announced here. For online purchases, you can contact them @ email@example.com

The US is taking measurements as well as Vail ski & multiple other resorts close down due to the Coronavirus. As a result, the Global wintersports industry is taking a bit hit.
