What if I need to modify my order?

Send us an e-mail with your order number. Usually we ship the following day. If you need to change something get in contact with our team.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 4 or 5 working days. Working days are from Monday to Friday.

Where is my tracking number?

To find your tracking number log in and click on track my orders. Your tracking number is also in your confirmation e-mail

Can I return my order if it doesn't fit?

Of course you can, you can return your order for free!

How do returns work?

Returning your goggle is easy. Send us an e-mail with subject return and your order number. We’ll take care of the rest.

Who are you?

We are 4 friends sharing the passion for the mountain. After spending a few seasons shredding, we realised that mountain resorts are an expensive playground and most of the goggles are outrageously overpriced. Our goal is to take an essential item and make it more accessible.

What is bakedsnow?

Bakedsnow represents the core and fundamental reasons you enjoy your time on the mountain along with the hard work to go throught the season. From the first coffee and croissants in the morning to the last lap of the park at the end of the day.

How can I try the goggles?

We are based in Innsbruck, Amsterdam and Bristol. If you are around and want to try the goggles we can make it happen. Don’t expect a fancy office, we are all working from our apartments.
